Coronavirus - Our Churches

As people of faith we are called to work with God to further God’s abundant life for all. In the current circumstances this means we are called to set a good example in following the government’s advice and guidelines. Because of this, and because of duty of care to one another within the church community and beyond, we have stopped public worship and all other church meetings and gatherings until further notice.

In the meantime, we do not cease being ‘church’ because we have temporarily ceased meeting in one place at one time. During this time we invite you all to join in worshipping together from our separate homes at 11.00am on Sundays. Click here to see videos of the services and for downloadable orders of service (pdf) for home worship.

At this difficult time we move forward together knowing that we are held in the palm of God’s hand and that no matter where we are God knows our comings and goings, all we do, all our hopes and fears.  There will be times in the coming days, weeks and months when we will want to shout at God, other times when we will want to grieve.  We will have times of fear, worry and concern.  There will also be things to give thanks for as we are held and loved by God in all that is to come.
